We live in Kanata and had our basement finished by Ottawa General Contractors. To be honest their price was not the lowest or highest. It was what we thought was fair for the basement and we ended up going with them. The work took about 4 weeks and overall they did an amazing job. It was a very nice transformation. Their guys dropped off samples and made the whole thing super easy for us

We had major renovations done in our old house that were kinda botched, so it meant a lot that we do things right this time. The guys came in and among MANY things that the inspector missed found old wiring in the kitchen which they took care of with zero headache for us. We went a little over budget, which is fine because the peace of mind and the security of knowing that we can sleep easy at night was worth the whole thing

My spouse had an accident that put her in wheelchair. Everything had to be customized so Moe brought his cabinetmakers in and they made custom doors in the whole house to fit our style and her wheelchair. With everything else going on it was refreshing and so good to deal with someone who knew what they were doing and helped us so much

We had our bathroom finished and the guys noticed the ceiling was bulging. They took down the ceiling and it was found that the other contractor we had hired did not connect the bathroom fan they installed. The insulation was molded and we were really stressed out. Moe came and had the guys remove the insulation and vapour barrier and connect the ventilation properly. We had paid only a little more than the other guy quoted but it was a great decision in the end knowing things were done right
