imposing their view letting me be in charge of the all process, I
felt totally in control, it was my project, they were just there as
to guide me to find the best and affordable options for my
project.
Fourth, after deciding what was best suited for my project in term
of what type and how much work I wanted to be done, the final
budget for the complete work required match very closely the
estimate that was firstly proposed.
Fifth, when my project effectively took place Ottawa General

of unforseen potential surprises) in order to stay within the
previously agreed price of the project.
