Design Process
Whats involved in the design process?
The first step is pricing out the design for the renovation. After
which we book a job site visit with you and one of our designers.
The designers will ask you a set of questions to
better understand exactly what you are looking for. Our designers
then take job site measurements to create a rough
mock up of the design in the initial meeting which
allows them to work on the project in our offices. In this meeting,
they will also ask you a set of key questions for the works such as
preferred finishing's, timelines, layout options...etc. We then
take this information and start filling in the blanks for the
design in our offices.
The initial meeting usually lasts 1-2
hours.
We send you updates on the design along the way
with snapshots of the finished product for your
input. You can make revisions to the design at this time and set up
a meeting in office or at the job site for any major changes to the
proposed design. Our designer then sets up a meeting time to go
over the final design. Any minor changes are made during this
meeting.
