Toffolo Residence

Our client had their basement flooded and took the opportunity to update the basement . The whole area had to be gutted and rebuilt to specs. The basement was an extensive project because of its size and the number of trades involved. We customized a new bar area, rebuilt his bathroom, sauna room, gym room, rec room and pantry among many other renovations. To say the lease this was not a standard new construction basement. The basement is in the Alta Vista area on a slanted hill. Originally they had thought the water in the gym room was coming from the floor drain but after the odd thaw in January we noticed massive amounts of water coming in from his foundation. Having built a relationship on trust, value and quality of work Mr. Toffolo commissioned us to repair his foundation and prevent his new basement from any further damage.
