This job was a complete gut and redo with all plumbing and electrical systems having to be relocated to accomodate the new layout. The kitchen was seperated from the living room with a load bearing wall. We relocated all systems and replaced the wall with an LVL beam with engineered specs and building permit. Then the tricky part of matching the flooring, trims and crown molding along with the textured ceiling to blend the old with the new in this fantastic home transformation.  Ottawa General Contractors helped make this house into a beautiful home!
