having a workable design.
We offer two different options for the design and estimate
process.
1 - Free - Design plans to give a basic visual - First step to
getting a price
For people who aren't completely sure about exact plans for
their layout, we will help you come up with the different design
options available to you. Once we've decided on a design plan, we
will provide you with a desin floorplan with precise measurements
and give you an image of this floorplan rendered in 3D so that you
can visualize the final, finished product. The design is yours to
keep if you go with us.
2 - Starting at $500 - Building permit ready - Specifies ALL
details
For people who are already set on a specific design for their
kitchen and want a little more information. We will provide
complete architectural drawings of tour kitchen renovation. We will
have you come in to sit down with one of our designers and we will
go through every single detail of the design down to a tee,
specifying all interior finishing details. This way there is no
ambiguity and there is nothing left to chance, giving you a
smoother process overall. We offer this option starting at $500,
and the customer is reimbursed this amount if they choose to go
with us.
