our clients beyond the project. Our senior project manager Ish
sleeps with his phone by his bed on high ring 7 days a week in the
event that he might be needed by one of our clients. Our senior
estimator Paul has built and renovated homes for 25 years as a high
end contractor before finally finding a company that reflects his
values for quality and service to settle down with. I teach my team
that only in the pursuit of excellence can we realize our potential
and only by realizing our potential can we realize our humanity. It
